White Glove Delivery
Our white glove delivery service includes:
- Scheduled delivery appointment at your convenience
- Professional delivery to the room of your choice
- Careful unpacking and inspection of all items
- Assembly and basic installation where applicable
- Removal of all packaging materials
Note: White glove delivery does not include electrical wiring or hardwired installation. We recommend hiring a licensed electrician for chandelier, pendant, and sconce installation.
International Shipping
- Delivery Time: 7–21 business days depending on destination
- Cost:Â Calculated at checkout
- Duties and Taxes:Â May apply and are the responsibility of the customer
Made-to-Order Items
- Production Time: 4–8 weeks depending on the item
- You will receive email updates throughout the production process
- Made-to-order items cannot be canceled once production has begun
Order Processing
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays
- Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST are typically processed the same business day
- You will receive an order confirmation email immediately and a shipping confirmation with tracking when your order ships
Damaged Shipments
- Do not discard the packaging. Take photographs of the damage to both the item and box.
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery through our Contact page with your order number and photos.
- We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
