At Tessalume, we want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

30-Day Return Policy

We accept returns on most items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be:

  • In original, unused, and uninstalled condition
  • In the original packaging with all accessories and documentation
  • Free of any damage, scratches, or signs of use

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom and made-to-order items
  • Items marked as "Final Sale"
  • Items that have been installed or modified
  • Gift cards

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us through our Contact page with your order number
  2. We will reply within 1–2 business days with your Return Authorization number and instructions
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
  4. Ship the item using the carrier and address provided

Return Shipping

  • Standard returns: Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Damaged or defective items: We cover all return shipping costs
  • Wrong item received: We cover return shipping and send the correct item immediately

Restocking Fee

A 15% restocking fee may apply to items returned without original packaging or oversized items requiring freight return. No restocking fee on standard returns in original condition.

Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the return
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Allow an additional 3–5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Exchanges

Contact us with the item you'd like to exchange and what you'd like instead. We will check availability and arrange the exchange. Price differences will be charged or refunded accordingly.

Damaged or Defective Items

  1. Do not discard the item or packaging
  2. Take photographs of the damage
  3. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos
  4. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you

Order Cancellations

  • Standard items: Can be canceled within 24 hours if not yet shipped
  • Made-to-order items: Can be canceled within 48 hours if production has not begun
